As Grand Hyatt Bali press release, Kriya Spa introduced their guest Ayurveda Physician Dr. Pramod Kumar, Ayurveda Physician and Yoga specialist until 30 September 2007. Dr. Pramod has completed his education as a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery at Alva Ayurveda Medical College in Moodbidri, India. He has attended several international spa seminars on Neurological Disorders, the Ayurvedic Approach to Modern Ailments and Astanga Ayurveda. Curently, Dr. Pramod is the Ayurvedic Physician at the world-renowned Sereno Spa at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa where he has facilitated numerous corporate workshops and seminars on stress management. Dr. Pramod studied Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India, and is a certified Yoga teacher. He will be available for consultations at Kriya Spa to offer guidance on specific rejuvenating treatments, along with yoga sessions.


pramod kumar ImagesPrior to joining Hyatt, Dr. Pramod was the Ayurvedic Physician at the Arya Vaidya Pharmacy, a world-renowned hospital at Coimbatore, and was deputed to the Taamra Ayurveda Spa at the Taj Exotic in Goa.

Dr. Pramod brings with him a wealth of knowledge to provide guests with valuable insights into a healthy lifestyle. After examining a guest pulse, he will customize a lifestyle programme that will help that guest restore the balance of his/her mind and body for positive health, harmony and well-being.
Kriya Spa will also offer one-on-one Ashtanga yoga sessions and meditation classes, along with a personalized Ayurveda body diagnosis under the expert guidance of Dr. Pramod. Guests will enjoy personalized instruction from Dr. Pramod in yoga basics and how to begin a journey to wellness.
A lifestyle consultation will include mental aspects of well-being, such as learning to reconnect with one inner self, aspirations and goals. Dr. Pramod uses a holistic approach to pampering treatments, Ayurvedic and Yogic practices to help the body heal itself.

Postingannya masih ecek tut,edit sana sini..hanya utk mengundang mas Google datang kemari. Orang asing ? bukankah saya orang padang tawang yang terasing ke Denpasar hahahahahahahaha..
