from all over the archipelago. At the same time they are very conscious of their
environment and wellness. Restaurant at Desa Seni, Rumah Makan, serves a health conscious menu, European cuisine with Asian influences. They dedicated 40% of their land to farming where they are growing their own rice, vegetables and fruits, all organic and
all used by the restaurant.
