Today, Yahoo! announced that they will stop their Yahoo! Photos service on September 20, 2007. They will focus only on Flickr. Actually i don’t know what different of Yahoo! Photos with Flickr, i only know that i can used my Yahoo! id into Flickr, that’s it. I love to use Flickr, especially their API mode, so i could display my Flickr on my personal blog and Friendster.
As Yahoo said, Flickr is the award-winning photo-sharing community that has been called “completely addictive.” Yes, it’s been really completely addictive for some blogger, amateur or professional photographer that need display their photos or art work on Internet.
Do you remember when Yahoo! stop their free pop3 mail ? i wish Yahoo! doesn’t stop their free service on Flickr.
